On contacting H------ Heating & Cooling Pty. Ltd regarding servicing our airconditioning unit, we were referred to Climate Sensitive Pty. Ltd.
Corbin and Mike arrived at the scheduled time on July 7. During the routine maintenance, two specific faults were identified which required repair. The faults were clearly explained to us and documented with photographs. Climate sensitive arranged the repair under warranty and the work was completed on July 17. Corbin offered guidance on the most efficient use of our system.
We would be happy for Climate Sensitive to service our unit in future and would thoroughly recommend them to others. - Jill

We recently had Climate Sensitive out for a second opinion on our ducted heating and cooling unit. We had been told (by another company) we needed to buy a new unit as ours was way to expensive to fix. Thank goodness we were recommended to get Corbin's opinion because he found a small problem with our unit and repaired it straight away. They were very punctual, friendly and respectful of our home.
